Absolutely scrumptious side dish. I don't have any note about the recipe; I followed it as written and it came out great. This pairs very well with steak or beef roast, and has more interesting flavor than the classic steakhouse sides of baked/mashed potatoes. Since it's served warm, this has a more winter-y feel than most potato salads.
