Another slappin' stir-fry from Kenji's book, The Wok. I don't have much to say about this other than it was easy and tasty. The sugar snap peas are optional, but I'm a fan of their inclusion. This recipe is a good way to use any marked down, lower-end steaks that you encounter at the grocery store.
